Everyone has clutter and clearing it from your home can feel very overwhelming. While some studies have shown that clutter is a sign of a creative mind others have shown that is can lead to greater stress and bad eating habits. So if you’re looking to make a change and get rid of the perpetual mess in your home, here are 15 steps that will get you on track to a clean home in no time.


1) Magazines

If you subscribe to a magazine or you find yourself keeping magazines you’ve bought in the past, really think about why. Look at the magazines you have, if they are over 6 months old think about what value they are really giving you. If you have no plans to use or look at them in the future, toss them. Toss: More than six months old. Keep: Less than six months old.
